Hedona Llc. is the owner of copyright and other related rights to all content (texts, images, photographs, audio-video recordings) published on the website www.hedona.hr. Any reproduction, republishing, processing or distribution of such content for commercial purposes is prohibited. The content published on the www.hedona.hr websites may be reproduced only for non-commercial purposes, provided that all the stated warnings about authorizations and copyrights and other related rights are preserved.

Buyer: The buyer of the product is any natural or legal entity who buys products through the Internet store in the manner regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.

The Buyer selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, and sends an Inquiry to the Seller. Upon receipt of the response to the Inquiry, the status of the Order is determined. Available methods of payment are payment ON OFFER by bank transfer (payment slip) at a bank, post office or FINA (Financial Agency).

General provisions

The General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Buyer and the Trader regarding the terms and manner of ordering products, product prices, terms and methods of payment, terms of guarantee for the correctness of the sold item, the Buyer’s right to written complaint about the Trader’s products and services and delivery of products, protection of personal and other data important for concluding sales contracts through the Internet store.

Delivery of the product is possible only in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Prior to the purchase, the customer confirms on the website that he has read these General Terms and Conditions and consequently understood and accepted them, as well as that he is aware that the product order includes payment of the purchase price and shipping costs, where applicable, and that he is informed of the terms, deadlines and procedure for exercising the right to unilateral termination of the sales contract.

The buyer natural person can only be an adult and a legally capable person. Partially legally capable person may conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Trader shall not be liable for any act contrary to this provision.

Buyers are required to provide accurate, valid and complete personal information when completing the registration form. Otherwise, the Buyer authorizes the Trader to refuse to sell the product or provide its services.

The Trader is authorized, in accordance with its business policy, without the need for prior notice, to change the content of the General Terms, sales range of products, prices and other information related to the Internet store.

Due to the nature of access to the website, the Trader is not responsible for any damage that may occur on the devices and/or devices of the Buyers accessed by the Internet store, as well as in case of inability to use the Internet store by the Buyer.

The deadline for payment of the purchase price of the product (the amount stated on the confirmed order) is 3 (three) working days from the day when the Buyer receives the notification of the Trader about the confirmed order, unless otherwise agreed. In the case that the Buyer does not pay the purchase price within that period, and the Trader and the Buyer have not agreed otherwise, the order confirmation becomes non-binding for the Trader and it is deleted from the system.

For legal entities in the B2B business model, prices are expressed in HRK without VAT.

Hedona Llc. reserves the right to change retail and wholesale prices.

Payment methods

Payment per offer by transaction (general payment slip or internet banking).

Cash payment (by coming to our address by prior arrangement).

Special offers

Periods of duration and conditions of special forms of sale (special sale, sale, seasonal discount, etc.) are listed with each such offer.

Delivery

The price of the delivery service is not included in the price of the product.

The cost of delivery is charged in the amount of 30.00 KN with VAT for a package up to 2 kg.

Delivery is not charged for the amount above 300,00 KN.

Upon readiness of the goods for delivery, the Trader shall deliver to the Buyer by e-mail a notification on the readiness of the goods for delivery.

Delivery of the purchased product is made to the delivery address specified when making the order.

Delivery of the product to the Buyer is done exclusively on working days.

It is not possible to deliver products outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia.

The delivery time of the available goods in the Internet store is from 3 to 5 working days, except for products for which the Buyer has been notified of a different delivery time.

The delivery deadline begins after the receipt of the order, ie after the Buyer receives a response to the inquiry or the order is received.

Release from liability

The Trader strives to ensure compliance and up-to-dateness of the data published on the website. Nevertheless, there may be changes in product features, stock status and prices, which fail to be updated in time on the website. In this case, the Trader will notify the Buyer as soon as possible of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.

Notice of method of submitting written consumer complaint

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act NN 41/14. and 110/15. the Trader is obliged to enable consumers to submit written complaints, either in the sales area or by mail, fax or e-mail, and to respond to them within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

In accordance with Art. 10. Law on Consumer Protection NN.41 / 14. and 110/15. we inform Buyers that they can submit a complaint about the quality of our services or products in person at our business premises, and we will confirm receipt of it in writing without delay, or in writing by e-mail.

We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
